Fun Memorial Day hats!
The two 3 year olds I watch daily made these :)
Need:
red paper
blue paper
white paper
glue/tape
scissors (or you could just fold and rip, that’s what I did! :)
star stencil (my kids love stencils, but we didn’t have any. I went on PowerPoint and made stars 1.5in X 1.5in and printed them out)
These were a lot of fun! And during the process we learned how many stars are on the United States flag and what they represent, how many stripes are on the flag and what they represent, and why we have Memorial Day. It only took 2 days for the two to remember all of that. I’m pretty impressed! :)
